You can take the LG gram 15'' Ultra-Lightweight Laptop with 10th Gen Intel® Core™ Processor w/Intel Iris® Plus®, Model # 15Z90N-R.AAS9U1 in to Best Buy and have their Geek Squad check to see if the issue is with the battery of if the battery will need to be replaced. If they have a replacement available, they will replace it for you or it may need to be ordered from LG...^IFV
