The LG Gram 15 combines the strengths and portability and makes up with a large screen. It weighs just over 2.5 (1.1Kgs) pounds, but packs enough processing power thanks to a 10th Intel Core i7 qual-processor with Intel® Iris® Plus Graphics and has 1TB storage than most machines in its class. The lightweight is from magnesium-alloy material used; it is better than plastic. The keyboard features adjustable backlighting, and I can use the laptop even in a dark environment. LG Gram 15 has a 1080p touch display with excellent picture quality, delivering vibrant colours and intense brightness. This display is using In-Plane Switching (IPS) panel lets you view the screen from far back without distortions. LG Gram 15 is powering by Intel® Core™ i7-1065G7 with integrated Iris® Plus Graphics, it is powerful enough for everyday productivity and business tasks like calculating multiple spreadsheets, seamless presentation, and even video conferencing at the same. I can also play one 4K and 8k video from Youtube. The LG Gram 15 has a powerful speaker, with this thin body, the speaker audio quality is not excellent like a gaming laptop. Boost the volume you’ll hear every word clearly, even when you’re working in a noisy coffee shop. It has DTS:X Ultra, and it can give you 3D audio rendering with or without headphone. But, I would like to suggest to use headphone, it gives you much better audio quality. One of the key reason I purchased this laptop is Thunderbolt 3, and it gives me the chance to transfer data up to 40 Gbps, external docking station or GPU and all while charging your laptop. It makes my work much more comfortable when I move to a different desk. It extended the portability and let me jump between different meeting. It works well with my HP Thunderbolt Dock with one 4K, one full HD display and 1Gbps ethernet interface. I got 1TB of storage for my documents and other files, split into dual 512GB SSDs. So, I can upgrade my SSD in the future. The LG Gram 15 having passed seven of the MIL-STD 810G military standard tests. But I didn't test it. Regarding the ports, I get three full-sized USB 3.0 connections (at both sides, more than another thin laptop), plus a Type-C USB / Thunderbolt 3 port with charging capability. There are an HDMI port and a microSD card reader too, providing the options for hooking up to external display or TV and managing your data. The LG gram 15 is a great choice for mobile professionals and who always on the move.

This is by far my favorite laptop so far! I cant believe how lightweight it is! It only took minutes to set it up. I love that it has 3 USB ports. This is must for my work. I have searched for a laptop with 3 USB ports and they are not easy to find. The only downside is the keyboard is not backlit. All the other feature make up for this. Such as the battery life! The computer stayed charged for at least 3 days! This is amazing because I am notorious for forgetting my charger. I love the touch screen and the fact the power button is a fingerprint reader makes it super easy to get logged on to. (you can add more then one user for this feature) I would highly recommend this computer as a work computer, for a student or anyone wanting a very versatile laptop.

I used to use a dell Insperion with an I7, ssd, plenty of ram, then i thought I would move up to an xps. well, it was not any better, so I returned it and bought this LG Gram, on the recommendation from Danielle at the Roseville store. She gets serious credit for making the recommendation and making a very finicky customer happy. this laptop has a 10th gen i7 and from what i have heard, that is as fast as the new i9. I did not think i would care that it only weighs so little, I thought i would never notice. but let me tell you, for someone who carries a laptop all over n. ca, it starts to matter. So, let me give you some good and bads. bad, the screen is not glass, it is plastic. Good, it has a num pad! Bad, so far, i cant get a bamboo pen to work with it. Good, the battery lasts forever! (they say 17 hrs... don't know if that is true because after about 4 hrs i plug it in.) This part is good and bad. the ad says it has two 1 t ssd hard drives, but I think they meant to say it has two half t ssd, because thats what it has. The good thing about that is that you can have all your programs on one ssd and all your data on another. this way, if you find your ssd that has your data on it to be too small, it is real easy to just drag and drop everything on the drive to a new larger drive, than, install the new larger one. ok, some more goods and bad's. the screen does not get as bright as the xps, but so far, in broad day light, i have not had trouble reading the screen. Good, laptop is super thin. Bad, well, this part is only a feeling, I feel like it is fragile, and that if I man handle it too much it will snap like a twig. but i dont really know. I do know i have a 4 year geek squad protection plan, so if it does, i will at least be covered. Good, the keyboard is really snappy. Bad, the zero, divide symbol and decimal point on the keyboard are in awkward places on the num pad and i am having to re orient the way i do ten key. Good, it does not get too hot. the xps felt like a frying pan in my lap by way of comparison. ok, I was told that the sound system is all that. well, it has some extremely clear sounding speakers, but they are very small. so, while it sounds very good, it is not a big sound. but i understand, seeing how light this laptop is. The bad, you cant just buy this off the floor, you have to order it. what i have learned from this; never be satisfied with the crap on the showroom floor and never buy an open boxed. always, find exactly what you want on the web site, get recommendations from Danielle at the Roseville store, and buy the gsp. yes the one you want is going to cost. for me, it is a tool, and it is how I make my money, so, the priority is that it serves me. so, you will have to use your own scale to decide how important it is to have the tools you need. for me, less than might as well be nothing. oh, one more thing i should mention, it is fast. for example, if I sleep it, and then open the screen, as fast as i can touch the fingerprint reader, it is back up, all the way up. it has the fastest ram available as of spring 2020. it takes 3 seconds to open ms word. with about 4 programs open, i opened Photoshop and it took 32 seconds. one last thing, the screen is only 15.6, but it uses most of the space with the screen, the margins are thin, therefore, it is like using something like a 16.2 inch (if there was such a thing)

This laptop is awesome. I am pleased with it. There was some unexplained hiccups initially where I experienced on-screen issues that lasted for a few days and I was unable to use the device. During my set up, the fingerprint scan never worked, and that is actually when the problems started, so I left the laptop alone. After a couple days, I turned it back on to use and it has been working fine, although I use my pass code and not the fingerprint scan because the fingerprint scan set-up is still not working. This LG Gram is very lightweight and ultra slim. The battery life is incredible. I have only plugged it in to charge twice, in the past week. I am using my laptop daily for work and I am absolutely thrilled that it is a touch screen device. This is a great investment and I am content with its performance.

The LG Gram is nothing short of amazing. Super fast, sharp graphics, and a responsive touch screen make this ultra light weight laptop user friendly and fun to use. Setup was a breeze thanks to its lightning fast processor and I was pleasantly surprised by the picture quality when watching a movie on the 15" screen. I've had this laptop for almost a week now, and I've only had to charge it one time. That's right, just one time. The ability to multi-task means I'm more productive and the speed allows me to be more efficient. And no worries about going between in office and remote work with this baby. I've put it in a tote and barely even notice it's there thanks to how light this thing is! Overall, I'm in love with this machine!

For some reason I picked 2020 as the year to go back to college online and I needed a new laptop since I haven’t owned one in years. I picked this one for how light it is because I want to still be able to go places and be able to carry my computer with me and not have to carry a heavy laptop. So far it works great and is super quiet when running it. Still can’t get over how light it really is. The only complaint I have is the number pad is laid out a little weird if you’re used to the normal layout on 99% of keyboards but it’s nothing I can’t get used to.

This is a replacement for an older bulky 17" laptop which still works but was difficult to travel with pre-pandemic and started having issues with Zoom meetings.
I have had this laptop for over a month and have had no issues.
It is light weight with a good sized keyboard that makes it easy to type. Once turned on this LG - gram boost up really fast. It also boost up fast if left on with lid down. On average, I get 10-12 hours of use, depending on what I am doing, before having to recharge the battery. I would definitely recommend this product.

I am far from a computer geek. This is my very first laptop. It is easy to use. I am looking forward to learning more of the things I can do on it. I love how light it is. The directions for getting started in the LG Easy Guide are very helpful, easy to understand. I have owned this laptop for just a few days shy of one month. I would definitely purchase this laptop again.

Very nice computer, I am not a techie. Even though it was on sale at Best Buy we found it cheaper and the price matched for us. It was out of stock, we waited for it to come from California and it got got here sooner than stated, when I read read reviews, people had trouble with the backlit keyboard, but it is not turned on factory settings. Just turn it it on. I wanted a keypad and a 2in1. This is the closest I could get....screen tilts back but not over. Beautiful picture. A little disappointed in the number pad. Extremely lightweight. Haven’t had it very long but happy with it.

Best Buy delivered the item, as promised. The computer was an "open box" item, yet it is in, essentially, new condition. It works great, and I am exceedingly happy with it.
Best Buy was transparent and supportive throughout the process. I did not need to speak to anyone, as all of the necessary information was available online. All good!

This laptop is great in every way. It is lightweight and very easy to operate. I was using the same laptop for several years and was so used to it but I received this laptop and it took me no time to get accustomed to it. The battery life is great. It is slim and very convenient to take anywhere. I love the sound and picture. I used it a lot for streaming. I am really happy with this laptop and recommend it to anyone.
