• Chatted with a Best Buy Customer Service Representative and they stated that it comes with 16gb memory, but it's expandable to 32gb memory. Twice-mentioning the 32gb memory without mentioning the expansion and extra purchase required to make that happen appears fraudulent to me.

• Just bought one and it has 32gb memory listed in the documentation as well as shown in Windows Operating System computer stats. I also downloaded a system tester and it confirmed 32gb memory.
