Info from a chat at https://help.laplink.com/: The LG Gram version of PCmover does not require a serial number or license key. Download and install using this link on the old computer only. https://dl.laplink.com/lg/pro **NOTE: The link will not take you to any website, the link will just ask you to run/save (at the bottom, or automatically download and will appear on the upper right part of the browser) if you are using internet explorer/edge. If you are using chrome or firefox it will download automatically. If it's taking you to a website you are entering it on a search bar and not the address bar(where you can see http://www) you need to enter it on the address bar. If the address bar is searching for you, make sure you select the one with the globe icon instead of the magnifying glass icon when you enter the link. After you've installed PCmover on your old computer, do the following: - Open PCMover on both computers. - Click on "Transfer between PCs" on both the old and new computers. - For now, focus on the old computer. Run PCMover on the old computer and follow its instructions. - While it's scanning for the "other computer," switch back to the new computer. - Click "Next" on the new computer. - Follow the on-screen instructions. - You should now be good to go!
