Mine came with Windows 10. During setup I was given an option to upgrade to WIndows 11, which I selected. Once the desktop came up, Windows 11 began to download. The description is a little misleading since it says WIndows 11 as the operating system. Maybe going forward it will be already installed but wasn't for mine. If you are one of the "lucky ones" like me then expect setup to take a little longer. It is worth it though. This is a really nice laptop well worth the price.
