i was nervous about buying this without seeing it first . I am glad i took the chance .. if you want a very nice fast laptop with a awesome screen .super light weight , great pc for everything but gameing buy this .. boots in 2,9 seconds , not loaded with bloatware back lit key board its just very very nice . if your a gamer get a msi but for people who don't want a 7lb laptop huffing hot air all over your lap this is the one .. had it for a week and its very nice . i been into computers for 20 years and can honestly say this is worth the high price if your like me wanting a super fast great light weight lap top for everyday use

Excellent notebook. This is my daily driver. Screen is large and beautiful. The overall size of the the notebook is not that big, it's actually closer to the size of an older 15 inch with large bezels but much thinner. It's very nice to have all the port options including HDMI. Battery life is excellent. Also, it's insanely light. I can't believe how light it is. Finish and material are premim. Keyboard is excellent and has just the right amount of travel. I can't say enough good things about this laptop.

There is absolutely no complaint about this laptop. I've seen some reviewers complain about the positioning of the track pad, but that has not been a problem for me. I also saw some negative comments about sound quality. I certainly agree that there room for improvement, but I would not consider the sound quality as being poor. Super fast, great display, long battery life, and super light.

The LG Gram is a fantastic laptop. A bit pricey, but worth it. Very fast, super lightweight, great screen and large keyboard. I already owned the LG gram with a smaller drive. This one is for my wife's business. She is extremely happy with the speed increase over her older laptop.

With just a few caveats, I really like this laptop. I bought it as my primary daily device -- email, searching, video watching, etc. I cannot speak to its ability in running games. The display is really clear and the laptop is pretty fast. The I7/built in gpu combination is pretty efficient. The battery appears to be good -- but I generally use it plugged in. It comes with 2 control apps and 2 documentation apps that can be helpful, especially since the LG customer support site is less than enhanced. It also can run a little hot when on fir awhile. The heat exhaust is in the bottom back and it can become pretty evident when it is running hot. I can actually feel it on my lap. The LG Control App has only 3 cooling settings, none of which that I can see reducing the heat. That could be a little of an issue for longevity. Other than that this laptop is a really good, fast daily driver.

I have been in the market for a new laptop for a while, and when I did my research I decided that the LG Gram 17 fit my needs perfectly. It was the easiest out of the box set up I have experienced, it is fast, the 10 key numeric pad is really helpful for my business accounting, and the large screen makes it feel almost like a desktop machine. The lightweight is especially nice for transporting it from home to office as well. The purchase and pick up was easy at the website and store. The price was in line with other sellers, and it was in stock! Costco cancelled my order twice because they were out of stock!

I really like the screen and the keyboard. In general, it does what I would expect any computer to do. The biggest issue is that it freezes up a lot when I'm searching for files and needs to be rebooted. That's something I would expect for an old computer, not a brand new one

Keyboard, awesome travel and responsive keys. Trackpad large, responsive and feels upgraded from previous years model. 17 inch screen vibrant, bright and overall seems similar to last years model (which is not a bad thing). Build quality OUTSTANDING!!! Improved from last year. Very little flex more premium solid feel and matte black color with white labeled keys looks amazing. Specs are all the latest and greatest and performs perfectly. Instant on and fingerprint sensor never fail. And of course the weight or lack there of makes this as portable as a 13 inch laptop. Don't regret buying now at full price. Lucky I got it seeing it's constantly out of stock.

Super light and very fast. Geek Squad transferred my Dell and did an amazing job. This is the computer to get - pricey but great!!!

I've had this laptop for 2 years now (how time flies!). I don't use it everyday, but average 15 to 20 hours a month, so far it runs flawlessly! I love that it's so lightweight for a 17" (less than 3 lbs). I've had no problems so far. I only wish that I could flip the screen further back, but that's minor. Battery life is GREAT!

My LG Gram 17inch laptop in action far surpasses what I was expecting. Lightweight, but sturdy. Impressive graphics for a productivity computer. Fast - to load, to sign-in, to go online and load web sites, and perform complex office needs quickly. Working with image editors and video editor is not quite as fast, but remains effortless. Thank you LG, and Best Buy.

Very satisfied with the Gram, It's very light and the screen is very nice to look at beautiful. wish the keys where a little higher in dept but that's the way there making the keys now days and it being so thin I'm sure that has something to do with it also. Had no problems setting it up and so far have had no problems. Will let you know later if I do.

I've had this laptop for almost a year, and it is absolutely problem free. The 17" screen is bright and clear, the i7 11th gen processor powers through anything I throw at it, the NVme SSD is tremendously fast. I have had no crashes, no blue screens, no slow downs. It has been a completely smooth and issue free existence. Additionally, it works well with my Thunderbolt 4 dock and multiple monitor setup. The weight of the laptop can't be beat, and it fits in a laptop backpack built for a 15" laptop. The only drawback is that the included 16GB of RAM is soldered to the motherboard and there's no room for upgrade - but 16 is enough fort my needs for the foreseeable future. Awesome purchase whether new or used!

Really an amazing laptop. The weight is so light, it makes it really comfortable to use it. Also the 17" screen makes multi-tasking so much easier. Highly recommend it.

Purchased this laptop for daily work from home for after hour stuff. I mostly do XL sheets and all. It provides more than what I need. It is very light which I really like, but I have not tested the durability long enough yet. Only took one trip to overseas and lightweight made huge difference on my backpack. I sometimes connect to our server from home with this laptop to do 3d cad/revit drafting which seems like it start acting up. However, this can be due to my connection more than the laptop itself.

Works great. Everything as advertised. Screen high resolution, keyboard works well, and easy to setup. Recommend highly.

Was a bit hesitant in purchasing as i have always purchased Dell in the past. But i have been pleasantly surprised! Aside from it's light weight, it is easy to use and perfect for my present needs....work from home.

the LG Gram is perfect for people that use Excel a lot. The large screen, good performance, and great keyboard (including a 10 key) make it great for anyone that has to travel for work, but also needs to use Excel.

What a laptop. 16" 2 in 1, Light wieght. touchscreen. LG Gram makes it. I've only had it about a week and am still adding apps, and transfering data. Great sound, so will add some music files. Great color so it shows my travel photo's and is great for video and netflex.
