- Answer Yes, there is a nice LED light. You can easily see inside while cooking, much better than my old microwave.

QuestionI just bought this microwve as a gift. Your description here says 1350 watts. The outside of the box says 1200. Please explain why those are different. Thank you.

- Answer I had the same question and when I contacted support they tried to tell me that the web site was displaying the input power not the output power. In my humble opinion, this is BS. The reality is that the web site is just plain wrong. This is indeed a 1200 watt unit. I tried to convince them to make the change but they could have cared less. To be honest, 1200 watts for a microwave is more than enough and I have been extremely happy with this product. But BestBuy should certainly change the information on the site.

QuestionAnyone having issue of the button to open the microwave. There’s 3 dogs there. Ik assuming that’s where I should press it but it’ll not really working that way. I have to press more on the middle. thanks

QuestionBought the LG 2.0 Family Size Microwave in Black Stainless Steel. It's advertised as fingerprint-proof, but when we touch the buttons to set cook time, our fingerprints show. Is there a clear film we're supposed to peel off? Anyone else with this problem?
