Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No they do not offer a warranty or their Geek Squad protection on this device. For this reason I purchased it elsewhere. I love LG's headsets but they're not reliable for long term use. A warranty of some sort is a must.

Please be aware that if there is physical damage to your LG tone product, LG will not cover physical damage. However, they will allow you to ship to them (at your own expense) to repair at your expense.
