• I have paired up to 3 different devices at one time. Apple Watch 4, iPhone XS and a iPhone 8 Plus.

• I know that you can pair them all to the LG Headset but I am not sure if they can be used at the same time. You could try using the phone visibility and maybe you can use them all together. I just always turn one off before I use the other item.
