“Why does the inside of the washer drum not look the same as in store or on the online photos? My WM3570HVA washer was delivered yesterday. I noticed that the plastic paddles do not go all the way to the back of the drum like the in store display or the photos on line. Did the appearance of the drum change ? The inside of drum looks like the LG WM3370HVA model not like the WM3570HVA model.”

• The photo is weird and hard to tell how far back they go, but in mine, delivered last month, the paddles stop about 1.5 inches from the back wall.
