• My experience is that the hot and cold water hoses are not normally supplied with the washer. They need to be purchased extra - make sure they are heavy duty hoses - you don't want a burst hose putting water all over the house.

• Yes. But it's the hot/cold hoses and the water return hose. They are surprisingly cheaper for all 3 at best buy than at the hardware store.

• I was told that I HAD to buy the hoses in order to get free shipping and installation, which I did as they were relatively cheap and didn't have them anyway
