So far, every load I've washed - even with the pre-set cycles, I have had the ability to modify some or all of the features: wash temp, soil level and spin speed. Choose your cycle, then on the panel to the right, hit the button that says "SPIN"; each time you push that button, the spin speed will change above it. I have found that in most cases, MEDIUM speed is good; I select LOW speed for my "light" load (undies, bras, light weight shirts, etc.). The only time I've gone off the medium spin has been for a large load of towels...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This machine is very gentle on your clothes while washing. The spin cycle is a normal spin cycle but not as fast as the top load washers. When I unload, I don't have to peel the clothes from the sides if that helps to answer your question.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Spin is remarkably quiet. The entire cycle is as quiet as a Bosch dishwasher (I have frequently opened two of ours whilst running). It's rather an intelligent machine: if anything seems out of balance, it will slow, reverse, re-distribute the load, and start-up again. Whether one must press or not seems more a factor of how quickly one removes the garments, and of what fabric they are composed. A steam press comes in very handy, indeed. In any case, your garments will, presumably, enter a dryer or be hung, so "wrinkle factor" ought not to be of concern where a washer is concerned. Very best of luck, -S
