it did the same thing to me, all i did was restart the computer and then put in a disc and it worked for me

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try a different USB port. All I did was plug in and it worked. I did plug it into my 3.0 USB instead of the 2.0 USB. If you have a 3.0 use that one. Do not pay to have installed. It is a plug and play program. If it doesn't work on your other USB the it may be defective.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go to the LG website and download the drivers. Worked out the box fine for me but that is what I would recomend. Also let windows try to find and install for you. It should give you that option automatically when plugged into your USB.
