• Yes, as long as it has a usb port. you will also need video playing software if its on windows 8/10 i would recommend the software from http://www.videolan.org/index.html

• It's working fine on our Mac Mini. I'm sure it would work fine on a PC also.

• I cannot see any reason why not as long as you have a USB port. It is very light weight, so take that into consideration with a desktop.
