“Is this an actual region free player right out of the box? Under media format it states will play NTSC/PAL. I am looking for a player that will support all regions A,B, and C.”

• Good luck with that! Those I'm sure are not available from a reputable seller. Maybe look on an auction website. I believe this is not region free and only for the US.
