QuestionWill this player show movies in full screen? I have a Xbox One S and it only shows a partial screen and not the full screen.

- Answer I believe your speaking about watching a movie and it having the black bars on the top and bottom of the screen. Unfortunately it’s not your Xbox s that is causing this it is the the way the movie was filmed. Your tv is 16:9 (1.78) aspect ratio but most movies are not filmed at that size. Showing it in full screen will cause you to lose parts of your picture on left and right. Movies are shot in either 1.85 or 2.35 aspect ratio Type format which is why you have the black bars. I can tell you if you buy the planet earth 2 4k Blu-ray set it will play in full screen on your 4k tv and looks amazing if your into a discovery channel type of tv show. If it bothers you that much change your tv setting to ZOOM and it will fill the screen but you’ll be cutting off most of the picture missing half the movie.

- Answer This is a true 4K and Blu-ray player. I'm watching the new 4K disc of Jurassic World right now and its awesome. This player is well worth the money. I'm using the player with a newly purchased Vizio 70 inch flat screen I purchased from Best Buy recently. A great match. Enjoy!

- Answer When [Digital Output] option is set to [Auto], the audio may output as bitstream. If the Bitstream information is not detected from HDMI device with EDID, the audio may output as PCM. y If the [Digital Output] option is set to [DTS Re-Encode], the DTS Re-Encode audio is outputted for BD-ROM discs with secondary audio and the original audio is output for the other discs (like [Auto]). If [Audio Guidance] is set to [On], the audio is output in PCM without reference to [Digital Output] option. ^AC

QuestionFrom my connected USB flash drive, this device did not recognize the hi-res WMA (48k sampling rate) files but played back my MP3 (44.1k sampling rate) files...can someone confirm if this device does not play back WMA files at all?
