“Setting this up using a HDMI cable I had used on another TV. Hooking it up to a LG TV that I had been using with an up scale player. I have Direct. TV. My problem is when I try to get to the menu settings on the player I get a "no signal".”

• use your LG TV controller, press to left button- looks like a plug Scroll down to where the player is plugged in; ex: HDMI11, HDMI2, HDMI3 Press enter and it will take you to the player

• You need to use a 4K hdmi cable for true results. Try plugging directly into your tv and if that doesn’t work try a different input.
