Will it turn on color options without a hub null

The color options are imbedded in HomeKit if you’re using that. I’m not sure about Google or Alexa capabilities.

Yes, these are wifi bulbs and don't need a hub. Phillips Hue uses a technology called zigbee and those bulbs need s hue bridge

Yes. You can change the colors using the app or controlling then using Alexa or google.

Yes, you can use the app, Amazon Echo, Google Home, and many other internet connected services to change the color. No hub required.

Yes you connect directly to your router.
