Yes, all you have to do is to plug a input cable into any of the open ports on the switch and the switch will transfer the signal to the other ports.
If you relocate the ethernet cables to other ports, you wil have to cycle the power on the switch for the switch to identify the devices .

Yes.. Make sure you use all the same cables though. If you use Cat 6 make sure every single cable in your Network is Cat6.. do not mix different Categories of cable. If cat 5e all cat 5e.
