Hello; I would definitely use the WRT3200ACM Linksys Router along with the Linksys 8-Port Gigabit Switch, as you will have plenty of Gigabit connections. I myself do have this very same setup in my 2500 foot two family home, with a total of (14) items connected to this Linksys Router and everything works very well without no dropouts at all. I have (7) items which are wired and (6) which are wireless, and all work great, with a very strong signal. Hope this helps.

So that 'pipe' has to support all the concurrent downloads so too many may simply be more than the 'pipe' can handle. I have a 200Mbps service and have no issues serving up 4K stream (from Amazon and VUDU) and use other devices simultaneously. Linksys claims that their latest technology ensure that's devices with highest need get priority service and within the user setup, you can select up to three devices to get priority. Best Buy to provide a 14 day exchange program, so if you are disappointed with router you can always exchange. As for which router is best for you? I updated to a WRT AC3200 earlier this month. I debated buying the lower models finally came to the conclusion that the top of the range was the way to go for a once in a blue moon upgrade. But the AC1750 might have been just fine...

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I went from a Linksys E6350 to the WRT3200ACM and you can see a distinct difference in the way it "allocates" the network. I was having a lot of issues with the E6350 dropping connection on the 5Ghz side...the 3200ACM solved all the issues I was having. My home network is similar to yours, several PCs, 4K TV, several cell phones, and a few "smart" devices...the WRT3200ACM can handle all of them no problem.
