Getting the wifi to work perfectly takes time and effort. The advertised speeds require that your devices support MU-MIMO, which I really think they don’t since is very new technology.

Many factors could slow you down : Test with cable and note the performance Higher encryption slow you down as well.... so test with open environment...(temporary) Try a different device such as your phone , ipad, or borrow someone else laptop. try Firmware update and repeat procedure. If the result is poor, reach manufacturer or replace unit .

Please try again later.Hello, I cant really answer your question unless I know what kind of computer you have and the speed of your connection if you were to directly connect to the modem and not the router. The issue is more then likely related to your ISP (Internet service provider ) or your computer. Check the connection by connecting to the modem first.

I got mine in the farest room in the house, but WiFi routers u should put them higher as you can, don’t put it under the tv table and don’t nest to other devices, that’s was my solution and of course my back yard won’t have to much coverage, i just buy a WiFi extender, if u don’t get it like suppost to just turn it back and try another one, hope u get it right, good luck
