    • Answer Great question! All plan minutes are good for 60 days. Once minutes are applied, any unused minutes will carryover. If they are still not used, they will expire on the 60th day after being issued.

    • Answer This phone is unlocked meaning you can take it to another carrier. I am using pay go with ultra mobile. $3/ month for 100 minutes and 100 texts... absolutely the cheapest plan ever. It's a simple phone so why pay more for GB you can't use with this phone.

    • Answer Great question. All new (originally purchased) Jitterbug Flip2 phones, and batteries come with a one-year warranty that protects against manufacturing defects. If the product should fail within the first year due to a manufacturing defect, the product would be replaced by Lively. The warranty does not cover user error or user damage. The warranty is not transferable to a different end-user.

    • Answer Great questions. The Text feature on Jitterbug Flip 2 cannot be disabled. If you are receiving unwanted text message, we suggest you reply STOP, as this usually will stop the messages. Another option would be to change your phone number, however, because most numbers are recycled, the unwanted messages may continue. If you with to change your number, please call us at 800 733-6632, between 6am and 6pm.
