    • Answer Hello, GreatCall may be able to transfer your phone number from another carrier. We ask that you activate the phone first with a temporary phone number then you can call our Customer Service at 1-800-733-6632 between 6am and 6pm Pacific time to request the transfer. We will need information that can be found on your Verizon bill and a transfer PIN that will need to be set up with Verizon prior to the request.

    • Answer You can purchase the phone from Best Buy without paying the activation fee. Bring it home and follow the activation instructions in which a representative of Great Call will stay on the line with you until activation is complete. You can keep the old number. The tech can transfer 9 numbers for you and can instruct you how to add all the other numbers you need.

They made the SIM extremely difficult to take out and you will wait a long time on hold to get anyone to answer with the number they provided, which you do have to call in order to activate the SIM to purchase a plan. Then can you stick your phone provider sim in there, after you cancel the plan you just bought from GreatCall.
