Hello Jim, we offer a 30 day return period that allows you to cancel the service and receive a refund on the activation fee minus the restocking fee within 30 days of starting the service. You will need to follow up with the store the phone is purchased from for their return policy on the phone. GreatCall may be able to transfer a number from another carrier as long as the number is still active. We will need the information from the previous account and port out pin maybe required.
