- Answer You cannot. They made the SIM extremely difficult to take out and you will wait a long time on hold to get anyone to answer with the number they provided, which you do have to call in order to activate the SIM to purchase a plan. Then can you stick your phone provider sim in there, after you cancel the plan you just bought from GreatCall.

QuestionPurchased a lively flip phone for my parents on 12/27/2022. Worked great. Signal started getting week after 3 months. Now the phone no longer gets any service. Customer service says nothing they can do so get another carrier. Dose this make sense?
