• Hello, GreatCall may be able to transfer your phone number from another carrier. We ask that you activate the phone first with a temporary phone number then you can call our Customer Service at 1-800-733-6632 between 6am and 6pm Pacific time to request the transfer. We will need information that can be found on your Verizon bill and a transfer PIN that will need to be set up with Verizon prior to the request.
