The camera preview is also not right! It is obviously a phone/camera issue and not a service provider issue. Regretting having purchased this phone when apparently there is no support for a defective product unless you provide service?? That is not right.

We are sorry to hear that your mom has experienced an issue with her photos on the Jitterbug Smart3 she is using with a different provider. Because we are not her provider and not aware of their services and because we do not guarantee our phones will work with another provider, we are unable to assist with this issue. However, if your mom was logged into her Google account when she took the photos, she may be able to view them via Google Photos.
