First step we suggest is to power the Smart3 off by pressing and holding the On/Off button on the lower right side. Once the phone is off, please leave it off for 30 seconds and press and hold again to power the Smart3 back on. This will refresh the phone and generally resolves most issues. If the issue has not been resolved, please call our Lively Customer Service with the phone in hand for further trouble shooting.
