“My mother already has a Lively phone. If I get her the Lively tracker, will she have to get an additional service package for that device or will its use be covered under her phone package?”

Thank you for your question! We offer a variety of service to stay healthy, safe and connected. We currently have the Health and Safety packages available that include the Urgent Response Service. The Urgent Response Service will allow your mom peace of mind that during an emergency she will be able to call for help and we can get a location.
