• YES, it looks like a new phone. It is showing the "Lively View." There is also an "Android View" that is likely more like what you might be used to. That one shows all of your apps. Changing the View is not simple. I called the Lively Support Center. They walked me through it. They were then able to remove the "tap" that automatically converts you back to Lively if you tapped it by mistake.
