Thank you for asking! If you are a current customer and upgrading your phone we will be able to transfer your number automatically. If you are a new customer we have multiple options to get your numbers added to your new Jitterbug Smart3. Please contact our Customer Service at 1-800-733-6632, between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm PT, seven days a week.
