“what data plan would be best if you plan on frequent video chats? I have to upgrade my 3G phone & JitterbugSmart3 has been recommended. But I do not understand data terminology. Just need data for video chats, have never had a data plan before, help!”

If you need data for frequent video chats its probably best to do unlimited if you can afford it. Data runs up real quick and I read some reviews on Lively that it gets costly if you go over your plan. Also, you can call Lively direct and they can go over a plan set up with you that will work for your situation 1-800-854-2772. I called them to set up my dad's Jitterbug smart 3 and they are super nice. Even sent him a free charger for the car.
