A:AnswerAs a Lively agent, I can say that you CAN block all unknown numbers that are not saved in your contacts, but this has to be done through the Advanced Android version. Once you temporaily change your home screen to the Advanced Android version, then you can click on the phone icon in the bottom left corner. Once you do that, in the top RIGHT corner, there's an icon with three dots, click on that, and on the drop down menu, click on BLOCK NUMBERS. From there, there's an option with a check box you can click to BLOCK ALL UNKNOWN CALLS.

A:AnswerFirst, if you have forgotten the pin number you will need the number to unlock your phone to do this. After 10 failed attempts the phone will lock and you can do a factory default and reset to remove the pin and restart.
To reset it you can go to settings tab and tap it or find the settings link which can be reached from the start screen by taking your finger at the top of the phone and dragging the screen down exposing the wifi, Bluetooth, and more. The setting it the flower-shaped area at the top. Tap it to open it.
Go to the lock screen
Tap it
Tap pin or pattern depending on what you want to change
Tap pin
enter new pin
reenter pin
Tap ok
Make sure you write down the pin in a safe place as Jitterbug does not store pins or patterns for you.
