Hello RonaldW! They are both exactly the same product (the camera itself). Now the BRIO model (960-001105) is more of a Business sku if you will, so it will have different packaging (recycled brown box) and a 3-year warranty. The 4K Pro Webcam model (960-001390) is the Retail sku, and that one will have the colored packaging, and offer a 1-year warranty. - Mathieu from Logitech
