I love this camera, I use it everyday. It was very straight forward to plug into my computer and go. However, the default auto exposure/focus is a little sensitive; and I found myself with grainy video often. I’ve seen gone in and downloaded LogiTune; which allowed me to adjust settings to what I think looks best. However, it leaves more to be desired in the “set it and forget it” concept. Overall though, I do recommend this camera

I bought this for work, and I'm beyond happy. It works straight out of the box and is very easy to use. I use it for Zoom calls at work and socially via Facebook Live. I love the noise-cancelling feature. I highly recommend this webcam.

Bought this for a virtual job interview for a F100 company! The panel interview was impressed by the photo quality. In addition the Gsync app had great features to optimize my room lightening. Would recommend 10/10. Did not feel flimsy, and very well made.

Best webcam ever, i use it for streaming on twitch and looks so clean and smooth.

This webcam is the best one I could really find. I am a brand person depending on what the item is but almost every accessory I have is Logitech and I have never had an issue with any of them. The webcam looks great with a decent amount of light it only looks a bit grainy at night. But turning on one light fixes it all. Camera picture is great as well. I mainly use it to stream from time to time. Great buy and would recommend. The only thing is the mount slightly gets in the way of the screen but it could be fixed by adjusting it carefully I just have been too lazy and doesn't affect me much. Also comes with a camera cover when you don't want to be seen. Mic is decent but I use a different one. Picture is on a 24.5in screen

Excellent web cam. 4k video is excellent with isolated audio. Video calls are excellent. However price could be low.

Easy to set up and very clear video. Make sure you have the right computer requirements to film in 4K. Some computers are not set up to handle recording in 1080 or 4K. I do tutorial videos for work, including using Zoom, and Skype. I also have a YouTube channel for fun videos and I love I didn't have to buy an expensive SLR camera to accomplish this. The software Logitech offers is easy to use as well.

Video quality is extremely high, I'm very pleased, had a gr8 young man from geek squad Installing a new large screen and he recommended this camera for my laptop, he has done other installs for me at home, and he was correct, my pics too my friends on Skype are superior quality, I'm a real fan of Best Buy, truthful, helpful tech here in Stillwater, okla. I will use their services.....again!! Frank

I'm using the Logitech 4K Pro Webcam with Microsoft Teams for video conferencing. The video quality is awesome and the webcam also provides a depth camera to use with Windows Hello authentication. It simply measures your face in 3D and then authenticates you, logging you into Windows, using Windows Hello within Windows 10. Much easier, and more secure, than passwords.

Great picture and easy to setup. Google is your friend if you run into any problems. Plenty of YT videos as well.

This camera is pretty good. I don’t stream or anything like that. It was purchased mostly for virtual meetings that I continuously have. It does the job well and offers settings to allow you to clear up the video quality. I got this on sale which made this a good deal. I believe the new one is out. I would recommend that one first, but if you can find a deal for this one, give it a go.

As far as looks it's a nice camera, is pretty sturdy, stand is nice. Setup is quick and almost painless. The picture left something to be desired. Says 4k on box and im having a heck of a time getting 4k picture. I have older cameras that give me better picture. Wish picture was sharper and more defined. Unsure if worth what i paid for it but I will find a use for it.

Absolutely love the quality of this product, I currently use it for streaming on twitch. Many pros about the camera as well. One is that you don't have to download any 3rd party application for it to function, once you plug it in you are good to go. The camera is truly 4k and the lighting in it is superb. I don't have to buy any studio lights because the balance of the camera does the job on its own.

This webcam looks great and feels great. The software is easy to install and use. The webcam was perfect for my streams and Zoom business calls. The quality of the camara is great. The webcam fits perfect on any monitor and is compatible with most standard stands.

The Logitech 4K Pro is a pretty good package. It has the high definition image and decent sound capture that makes for a good webcam. The light compensation was not as good as other less expensive webcams. It didn't have as wide a field of view as others. I also found that the lack of a "follow-me" feature surprising. Ultimately I went with the Anker C300, which is not a 4K webcam, but just had better features for much less money.

This web cam takes the sharpest most beautiful images I have seen. I always have the best video on all my Zoom chats. It also does Windows Hello to sign me onto my desktop seamlessly. The microphone is very good. I'm so glad these are finally available after months of the Covid shortage for webcams.
