You have to adjust it within the GLABs software from Logitech.

Hello Jesse! The noise cancellation feature inside the 4K Pro 4096 x 2160 Webcam with Noise-Cancelling Mic will reduce potentially distracting background sounds that are in range of the camera, so sounds outside your room will likely not be taken into account. As for the keyboard sound when you type, It will reduce the sound of the typing yes, but keep in mind that this is not an Active Noise Cancelling feature, but a Passive one, so it may not remove the noise coming from your keyboard completely. - Mathieu from Logitech
