It should mount just fine. The part the goes over the top of the monitor has good depth and width, so it will accomodate the curve. Plus, the section that brings stability by balancing and resting on the back of the monitor is very adjustable. Fit should be great.

Yes, our device mount is versatile and can be used on a curved monitor - please be aware that while the mount is straight, it has the ability to grip the back portion with approximately 1/2 inch area to clamp, so if the curve is under that, the monitor clip should work as intended.
