Is this camera outputs hdmi null

The camera has a USB C interface and the cable included is USB C to USB A 3.0 to go to most computers. No webcam I know outputs to HDMI and most people plug it into a computer, then from computer to HDMI, to a TV. To answer your question, no, but consumer webcams wont have HDMI.
