• No, the Brio is the business model and this is the consumer model. The hardware is the same, but the warranty is different. This has a one year warranty vs 3 years on the Brio.

• Yes, it is the Brio. I was wondering the same thing. It is the 4k Logitech aka Brio. Same software, same everything. Not sure why it doesn't say it on it like the videos that are about a year old show. It's tricky to set up properly because it is much more advanced than the other Logitech webcams. Be patient.
