I had some problems in this area, too, as soon as I started using it. Once, I lost connection with the cursor, it froze, & I had to remove then reconnect the keyboard. I've noticed that I have to pound the keys sometimes or even use my finger to produce an action on screen. Now that you've mentioned it, I'll keep a log to document these glitches--just in case I have to ask for a replacement Why this happens is beyond me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there. I am not an expert, but for Tap to click I think you can go to Settings, General, Scroll to Trackpad, and there you can turn on "Tap to Click". For the keys, you might try to make sure the 3 metal circles (metal contacts) are flush between the keyboard and the iPad itself. In the same location where you found Trackpad, you can also find Keyboard. Perhaps -playing with those settings may help, but I don't know for sure. Hope this helps some.
