• A:Answer I had some problems in this area, too, as soon as I started using it. Once, I lost connection with the cursor, it froze, & I had to remove then reconnect the keyboard. I've noticed that I have to pound the keys sometimes or even use my finger to produce an action on screen. Now that you've mentioned it, I'll keep a log to document these glitches--just in case I have to ask for a replacement Why this happens is beyond me.

Q: QuestionHello. I have this case and I love it. My question is: how do I remove it so I can add a screen protector then put the case right back on it? I don’t know if I just don’t have the finger strength or if there’s some secret to it. Any suggestions?
