“I was given the Folio Touch iPad case with keyboard for the iPad Pro 11 inch. The case does not give you access to utilize the fingerprint option on the iPad. Is there a way around that problem or do I need to get another case?”

• I believe the iPad Pro 11" uses face ID to login and does not have a fingerprint option.

• If you have the iPad Air, then no, you can't use this case. The case blocks the power button and you can't use touch ID.

• Hello, the Folio Touch for the iPad Pro 11inch does not have an open slot for a fingerprint reader because the 11inch iPad Pro does not have a fingerprint reader. It uses Face ID, not fingerprint ID.
