A:AnswerHello justauser! Usually in the case of an echo, it's because 2 audio capture of the same source are being emitted at the same time. Like if you have the sound coming out of your speakers, and you're talking in your mic, people will hear you twice. Or if you're using Discord to talk in example, and also talk in the game chat, people will hear you twice as well. I'd say check your game settings, and make sure you only use one audio to chat, whether its the game chat or Discord, or something else, use just one platform. Using push-to-talk is usually a solution of this. If you're absolutely sure you don't have 2 audio sources being captured, I'd suggest checking the free G Hub software (download it if you haven't one so already) for firmware updates too.
A:AnswerHello Panda, this headset would work great for that. Here are some more headsets that use a 3.5 mm audio jack and will work with your phone: https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/products/gaming-audio.html?filters=3-5mm-audio-jack. We also have these as well: https://www.logitech.com/en-us/headsets/wired-headsets?filters=4016..

A:AnswerIt sure can. Works well with both my PC and Samsung Galaxy S8. Remember that you must have a 1/8" jack on your phone. These work great on every device I've tried. Kindle tablet, PC, phone.
A:AnswerIt's possible for the inside the female input in the headset to be lose and I bought a new for that reason but I was very aggressive with it now I've had no problems
A:AnswerYes, don't expect a quick reply due to Covid but I had a set of Logitech G935 headphones and they were replaced without having to ship them anything. They sent me a new pair in a retail box. The ones I had were having intermittent audio issues and were unusable.
A:AnswerOC? If you are asking about an overclocked computer, it has nothing to do with headphones. If you meant PC compatible, then yes they are. Have this set on my desktop at home. Do not like the comfort level compared to others I have used. Seem to be made for a wider head.
A:AnswerYes, as long as there is a headphone Jack, this should work with various products., I've tried this for gaming on PC, apple, and Xbox. I could imagine it would work for the Nintendo Switch. This product comes with headphone jacks as well if needed for other media.
A:AnswerHi DylanWizKid, The G635 Wired Gaming Headset will work with the new Xbox Series X, but only via the 3.5mm connected to the controller, which will give you a great stereo sound. However, if you're wanting the full surround sound spectrum, I'd highly suggest Astro's A40 with Mixamp or A50. (Astro is a sister company of Logitech). Hope that this helped and that all is going well. - Richard from Logitech
A:AnswerUnfortunately, the mic isn't an option when trying to enable it in the console's audio options when only the 3.5mm jack is in the controller (just the head phones work with sound). I've tried many troubleshooting methods but the ONLY time the mic shows up as an available option is when it is plugged into the ps4 console via USB.
***Let me repeat that for anyone thinking of buying this headset for the PS4: YOU CANNOT USE THE MIC UNLESS THE HEADSET IS PLUGGED INTO THE USB PORT IN THE CONSOLE ITSELF. And the cable is only about 6 feet long. Something to keep in mind for a buyer.***
