Q: QuestionI am needing a good headset that attaches to ,y work phone which uses a mic port. Any suggestions on which one to purchase? I need a mic to speak into and a mute button.

Q: QuestionI picked these up three days ago. When plugged in through audio jack, I can't hear voices on Discord. With USB, I can hear voice, but sound only works for right ear. Is there a fix?

• A:Answer I use them primarily for discord. They work great for me. If you're on a PC, I would recomend download Logitech G Hub and troubleshoot there.

• A:Answer Yes, don't expect a quick reply due to Covid but I had a set of Logitech G935 headphones and they were replaced without having to ship them anything. They sent me a new pair in a retail box. The ones I had were having intermittent audio issues and were unusable.

• A:Answer OC? If you are asking about an overclocked computer, it has nothing to do with headphones. If you meant PC compatible, then yes they are. Have this set on my desktop at home. Do not like the comfort level compared to others I have used. Seem to be made for a wider head.

• A:Answer Hi DylanWizKid, The G635 Wired Gaming Headset will work with the new Xbox Series X, but only via the 3.5mm connected to the controller, which will give you a great stereo sound. However, if you're wanting the full surround sound spectrum, I'd highly suggest Astro's A40 with Mixamp or A50. (Astro is a sister company of Logitech). Q: QuestionIs there a way to get the microphone to work without plugging the USB into the ps4? I've plugged the 3.5mm jack into the controller and can get the headphones to pickup in game audio, but the mic won't work.

• A:Answer Unfortunately, the mic isn't an option when trying to enable it in the console's audio options when only the 3.5mm jack is in the controller (just the head phones work with sound). I've tried many troubleshooting methods but the ONLY time the mic shows up as an available option is when it is plugged into the ps4 console via USB. ***Let me repeat that for anyone thinking of buying this headset for the PS4: YOU CANNOT USE THE MIC UNLESS THE HEADSET IS PLUGGED INTO THE USB PORT IN THE CONSOLE ITSELF. And the cable is only about 6 feet long. Something to keep in mind for a buyer.***
