• It sure can. Works well with both my PC and Samsung Galaxy S8. Remember that you must have a 1/8" jack on your phone. These work great on every device I've tried. Kindle tablet, PC, phone.

• Yes, It has a USB pin which connects well with a laptop. You may need a converter to connect it to an android phone though.

• Yes. They come with a USB connector as well as a normal headphone adapter for your phone.
