“Can this headset work with a splitter cable?”

• Yes, the cables end in separate headphone and microphone jacks, and these can be plugged into an included USB adapter. You can use the headphone jack with a splitter, no worries. However, I believe you only get stereo sound in that case, and with the USB adapter you can experience surround sound, if supported by whatever you're listening too.

• Yes on the earphones side but not the mic side unless you're splitting both output and input.

• Yes they can, the box does come with a USB adapter though. With that you don't need a splitter unless you prefer having it connect directly to your controller.
