Can it be used with TELEVISION SETS ? null

As far as I know, this would not be compatible with TV Sets. The USB dongle needs to be plugged into a PC or gaming console.

I don't see how they can be used with a TV since they utilize a special wireless adapter that plus into the USB connector on your computer.

Don't think so. It uses a USB adapter (which is a sound card). It doesn't have an analog 3.5 mm input.
