• Yes, but take note that the boom mic doesn't work on xbox one. The mic is located in the line cable.

• Yes, I believe the Xbox One uses a 3.5mm jack in this generation of controllers. You should be able to connect the headset to the controller. If you are not using the usb connection, make sure you adjust the switch on the headphones from PC to 3.5mm.
