I haven't had that problem but I have had static and connectivity issues with Logitech G930 wireless headsets. It is the by FAR the worst product I have ever purchased and I will be avoiding Logitech products like the plague in the future...nothing but problems!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Talked to Logitech support and it is a software bug.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This does use 2.4ghz to broadcast audio through. So it's possible that it could cause some issues. The best thing to do would be to change the channel your router is using. Most routers will allow you to surf into their IP address (usually something like 192.168.1.1) and under the wireless settings you'll notice most routers default to a single selected channel rather than automatically choosing the best one for your specific needs. If you're in an apartment or condo, your neighbors will all have microwaves, routers, Bluetooth devices, etc that all make use of 2.4ghz and most people don't bother changing the default settings to avoid that crowded frequencies busiest channels. For more info on how to do this with your specific router, check with your ISP if they provided it, upgrade to a dual band router that supports 5ghz, or check your router's user manual online.
