• I'm sure it will. I got an Inteset remote ($25) ...easier to program, not as bulky, works with just about anything. There is also an older style Directv remote on Amazon with the best back light buttons I've ever seen (RC66RBX) for only $12.99. It has a Samsung tv code in the pamphlet. I have & love both.

• This control IS comprehensive. My strongest suggestion is to note the manufacturer's name and model number of WHATEVER you want to "control", and then check out the Logitech website and the pages dealing with the Harmony control. THAT way you get the most up to date information and there's no room for error. On the outside chance you cannot get a direct answer, simply use the "Contact Us" and ask the Customer Service Dept at Logitech. They will respond promptly in my experience with them.
