Hello. Here is the help page for setting up the Amazon TV: https://support.myharmony.com/en-us/harmony-experience-with-amazon-fire-os Near the bottom, there is a section on turning off the CEC Device Control. That could possibly help with your issue of not being able to turn on and off the TV.
